Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit/Spigot) (#2415) * fixup patch and rebuild * Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit/Spigot) Upstream has released updates that appears to apply and compile correctly. Subject: [PATCH] Configurable Keep Spawn Loaded range per world
This lets you disable it for some worlds and lower it for others.
